Todd brings over 15 years of experience as a therapist and coach to his leadership of this group practice. As the founder and CEO he has carefully chosen a team of skilled therapists and coaches who posses unique specializations in relationships and sexuality, enabling us to offer tailored support to diverse populations and identities.



Our society’s narrow view of “normal” mental health imposes unnecessary limitations, shaping how we see ourselves and interact with others. This values fosters a pervasive culture of comparison and judgment, breeding chronic feelings of inadequacy, self-doubt, and distress. Such standards become even more damaging when intertwined with systemic oppressions based on gender, sexuality, race, socioeconomic status, and political beliefs. These oppressive structures not only perpetuate harmful expectations but also inflict emotional pain and trauma, often leaving individuals feeling isolated and invalidated. It is crucial to embrace that mental health is deeply personal, and there is no universal “normal.” Everyone’s experiences are uniquely valid, and recognizing this is the first step towards genuine healing and empowerment.

Do you accept insurance?

We do not take insurance directly, but we offer low-cost and sliding scale options to make therapy more affordable for our clients. Additionally, we can assist you with out-of-network reimbursements if your insurance plan allows for it. Please contact us for more information on our fees and reimbursement options.

All of our wellness providers are committed to providing inclusive and culturally responsive care. They are aware of cultural issues and are trained to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds. How do I book session?

This will take you to our calendar where you can view the availability of each therapist and schedule a session that works best for you.

Are sessions in-person or virtual?

All of our sessions are conducted online, through virtual platforms. We understand the convenience and flexibility that virtual sessions offer and we are equipped to provide services through various platforms of your and your provider’s choice. This allows us to meet you where you are comfortable, whether that be through video conferencing or phone call. Please let us know if you have any preference and we’ll make sure to accommodate accordingly.

What is the difference between therapy and coaching? 

Therapy and coaching are both forms of professional wellness support, but they differ at times in their approach and focus.

Therapy is typically focused on addressing mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, and trauma. It is usually led by a licensed mental health professional, such as a psychologist or psychiatrist, and may involve a diagnosis and treatment plan.

Coaching, on the other hand, is more focused on goal-setting and personal growth. It is usually led by a coach with a specific background in mental health.

However coaching and therapy are similar and overlap. Both are beneficial for personal growth: they help individuals understand themselves better, identify their strengths and weaknesses, and work towards reaching their full potential.

How often do I have sessions?

The frequency of sessions can vary depending on the individual’s needs and goals. Some people may benefit from weekly sessions, while others may need less frequent sessions. It is important to discuss this with your provider so that they can create a treatment plan that is tailored to your specific needs. The provider will be able to give you guidance on how often you should have sessions based on your situation, you can schedule the sessions as frequently or infrequently as you like, but it’s important to have a regular schedule to track progress and also to maintain the relationship.
