It’s our relationships
that matter most.

Relationships breathe the most meaning and joy into all areas of our lives. Whether a friendship, colleague, one-night stand, or long-term relationship, our relational selves have the most influence on our identity and wellbeing.

Challenges arise because few of us get a formal education in how to have healthy relationships. We spend more time learning how to do long division than how to connect in a meaningful way.

This is where I come in. I help people develop relational esteem and wellbeing in order to better access the love and connection they seek.

SEXUALITY IS THE MOTHERBOARD OF YOUR DESIRES AND FEARS.

Sex therapy is about much more than genitals or orgasms. Sex and desire are often an expression of self-worth; becoming sexual requires confidence and self-empowerment. In doing so we confront risk, vulnerability, and authentic self-expression.

Sex therapy goes beyond better sex, it connects us to our humanity. When we better understand our sexual selves, we understand the multilayered complexities of our lives: trauma and joy, pain and pleasure, love and hate.
